The Philippine Council for NGO Certification met with the Board of Trustees and Staff of PCM in December, 2017. We're trying to be certified again by BIR to be a donee institution so we can offer tax deductions to our beloved donors for their donations to PCM. It was a long day of review of our financial process and the shelter program operation to see where we still need to improve. Hopefully, we can be recommended for NGO Certification.
